There is something about capturing a natural moment...where laughter, smiles and stolen kisses are caught unaware.  Sure, I enjoy posing people and directing but in the end my favorite photos are always going to be when something happens to make someone forget that I'm there.   And that happened with this family.  Actually, with the Dad and his sweet boys.  Made me laugh and smile at such a sweet moment.

Hayley and Dave were married at Shove Chapel and it was SO fun for me to capture there family photos in such a special spot for them.  And can I just say...you guys are CRAZY beautiful.  Yes, its true.

I love Rock Ledge Ranch.  Its so diverse.  Yes, I can shoot in so many different areas and feel like I'm doing something different every time.  I love the views of the mountains and in the summer the sweet pond surrounded by willow trees.  Of course the barn with animals is what my children love.  ;p 

I met this sweet family last year and it was so fun for me to see Xander a year older...his baby blues...WOW he is HANDSOME.  Of course he probably gets that from his beautiful parents.  What a sweet family and I loved that I get to continue to capture them!  Enjoy a few pics from this session!

So the day, well, it might have been crazy cold.  But the location and family made for some really bright and fun photos. 

These girls, so sweet and energetic, they LOVED the mini rides they were just the right size or snuggling with their parents to keep warm.  Both Nate and Jen are gorgeous and incredibly sweet and kind.
